Ski town, Sundance base, and four-season Wasatch weekend
Park CityUtah
Ski from Mountain Village or Canyons, spend an evening on historic Main Street, add a separate Deer Valley day, or trade snow for summer singletrack and scenic chairlifts.
Park City from Main Street to the lifts
Historic Main Street and three distinct ski bases
Historic Main Street climbs past galleries and restaurants toward Town Lift. Mountain Village starts just beyond Old Town, Canyons has its own slopeside village, and Deer Valley remains a separate ski-only resort in winter. Summer trades the lift lines for Round Valley singletrack and Armstrong trail switchbacks.
Stay near Main Street for walkable dinners and Old Town, at Canyons for slopeside skiing, beside Deer Valley for its ski-only terrain, or in Kimball Junction for easier highway access and grocery stops.

Mountain Village, Canyons, or Deer Valley
Mountain Village keeps Park City skiing close to Old Town, Canyons has the larger resort village, and Deer Valley offers a separate ski-only day.

Follow Park City’s Sundance history
The festival moved to Boulder in 2027, but the Egyptian Theatre, Main Street screening history, and four decades of independent-film culture remain part of Park City.

Ride Round Valley and hike Armstrong
Round Valley singletrack, Armstrong trail, summer chairlifts, and Utah Olympic Park replace ski days after the snow melts.
